Pumpkin Pie Brûlée with Bourbon Vanilla Whipped Cream

•INGREDIENTS:

2 pie dough circles

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

3 eggs

1 tbsp water

15 oz can pumpkin puree

1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 tsp orange zest

1/2 tsp salt

14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup granulated sugar (for brûlée)

•INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare the pie shell with dough, sugar, and cinnamon.

Blend pumpkin, spice, zest, and salt. Add milk and eggs, then pour into the shell.

Bake at 425°F for 15 mins, then 350°F for 35-40 mins.

Chill for 2 hours, then top with caramelized sugar and broil.

Serve with bourbon vanilla whipped cream.
