– 1 cup breadcrumbs

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

– For the Topping:
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (optional)
•INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat the Oven:
– Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture:
– In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Shape the Meatloaf:
– Transfer the meat mixture to a baking dish or loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
4. Bake the Meatloaf:
– Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F or 70°C).
5. Add Cheese and Bacon:
– Remove the meatloaf from the oven, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and add the crumbled bacon. If you like, drizzle barbecue sauce over the top.
6. Final Bake:
– Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

– Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides!
