Ingredients:
• 4 filet mignon steaks (6 oz each)
• 8 shrimp (peeled and deveined)
• 1 lobster tail (meat removed and chopped)
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Prepare Steaks: Season filet mignon with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Set aside to rest.
2. Cook Shrimp: In the same skillet, melt butter and cook shrimp until pink. Remove and set aside.
3. Sauté Lobster: Add chopped lobster meat to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
4. Make Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3 minutes. Stir in parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
5. Combine: Return shrimp to the pan and stir to combine.
6. Serve: Plate the filet mignon, top with shrimp and lobster cream sauce, and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes:
• Pair with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
• Lobster can be substituted with crab meat if desired.
