Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/3 cup almond flour
2oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon baking powder, optional ( but gives even more fluffier pancakes)
Instructions:
Get all your ingredients first.
In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs until bubbles form.
Add in cream cheese and whisk.
Then fold in almond flour and baking powder and stir to combine.
Use 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake and cook the pancakes for 1 minute per side.
Serve with butter and sugar free syrup.
Batter makes 6 pancakes
