Ingredients:
2 lb beef tenderloin
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix softened butter with rosemary, thyme, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Rub the herb butter all over the beef tenderloin.
Place the tenderloin on a roasting pan and roast for 25-30 minutes or until desired doneness.
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
