Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce. Simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
