JUICY BAKED CAESAR CHICKEN WITH PARMESAN SAUCE

 

! Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Caesar dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

! Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or oil.

Season the Chicken:
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides of each chicken breast. Place them in the prepared baking dish.

Prepare the Parmesan Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together Caesar dressing, sour cream, and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.

Coat the Chicken:

Spread the Parmesan sauce evenly over each chicken breast, ensuring they’re well-coated.

Bake:
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). The sauce should be bubbly, and the top golden-brown.

Serve:

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after baking. Garnish with fresh parsley for a burst of color, if desired. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
