Ingredients
1 packet Tennis or ginger biscuits
100g butter
3 bananas
1 tin Caramel
Coco powder topping
250ml cream, whipped
2 flakes or choc sprinkles
How to
Crush all the biscuits.
Mix with melted butter.
Press 2/3 in a baking dish as the base.
Refrigerate to to set.
Mush cut banana into a paste.
Mix together with the caramel and cream.
Pour half over base
Now sprinkle the rest of the biscuit crumble on top.
Then add another layer of banana caramel mix.
Sprinkle with Coco powder and Choc
Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
