Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, diced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
Add chicken pieces, cooking until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring until smooth.
Lower heat and mix in sour cream. Cook for another 5 minutes until thickened.
Serve over egg noodles or rice, garnished with fresh parsley.
