Ingredients
12 oz rotini pasta
24 oz pizza sauce
1 cup diced pepperoni
½ cup whole pepperoni
2 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the Pasta:
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook until al dente, following package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Combine Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini, pizza sauce, diced pepperoni, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, and dried oregano. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Transfer to Baking Dish:
Pour the pasta mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Add Toppings:
Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of mozzarella cheese and the whole pepperoni on top of the casserole.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
